I’m here to help you do that. There’s too much noise in this world and it can be overwhelming to choose which voice to listen to. This newsletter aims to cut through that noise and score high on our value-per-word metrics for our published articles.
One common theme you’ll notice in this newsletter is the emphasis on actionable take-home work. We understand that without action, potential is never realized. You can read and plan for countless hours, but results only come from taking action. Making sure our readers have an actual gameplan at their disposal to take action is our #1 priority.
If you find value in this line of thinking, subscribe to get full access to the newsletter and website. Never miss an update.
The present
Currently, the newsletter is broken up into 2 parts:
Regularly posted article series
Midweek Meditations
The former consists of deep-dives into a variety of topics that aims to provide value to anyone looking to fulfill their potential.
The latter is a bite-sized newsletter that I’ll drop into your inbox every Wednesday with the aim to ground you, provoke internal reflection, and inspire you to carry on through the rest of the week. Consider it a companion to help you stay the path. My goal with Midweek Meditations is to be concise, and provide easy (but high value) midweek reading. Something to look forward to.
The future
I have an idea of the direction this newsletter needs to follow in order to benefit as many people as possible. When you look at what every self-improvement book, plan, article, happiness guru, etc pitches to you, a pattern begins to emerge. Five distinct, but equally important pillars that seem to lie at the heart of the human pursuit:
Physical health (to feel good)
Mental health (to be content)
Spiritual alignment (to have purpose)
Fulfillment in relationships (to experience acceptance from the tribe)
Financial freedom (to be able to do anything you desire)
Self-actualization happens when we feed each of these aspects of our lives. We’re starting at the physical pillar because the body builds towards everything else. Having a broken-down, suboptimal body forces you to play the rest of the game on hard mode.
Additionally, I want this newsletter to be a collaborative effort, if you choose to participate. Although I have a series of worthwhile topics I’d love to explore, I do want to make sure that I’m writing about exactly what YOU need. So always feel free to email me with what’s on your mind.
This kind of relationship could turn into something beautiful. At its full potential, I can envision you needing some written inspiration accompanied by a tailored app, that I would develop for you (I’m a software engineer by trade) to help you stay the path. The end goal being a truly interactive, tailored newsletter experience, the likes of which has never been done before. There’s a lot of work still left to be done before we get to this point, but this is my vision for what I want my relationship with you, the reader, to bloom into.
There are very exciting things on the horizon, my friend. Stay tuned.
